  • 1 head of cauliflower, broken into florets

  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of scallions, chopped (optional)


  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill cauliflower florets.
