Slow-Cooked Bison and Squash Stew

- 1.5 pounds bison meat, cubed
- 2 cups butternut squash, peeled and cubed

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the cubed bison meat and brown on all sides. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
