Ingredients
- 1.5 kg pork shoulder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

- 500 ml vegetable broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 150°C.
- Pat the pork shoulder dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Rub this mixture all over the pork shoulder, making sure it's well coated.
- Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven or oven-safe pot over medium-high heat. Add the pork shoulder and sear on all sides until golden brown, which should take 10-12 minutes.
