Slow-Cooked Pork Shoulder with Root Beer

This mouth-watering recipe is perfect for a hearty and satisfying meal for 4 people.
Ingredients
- 3 lbs. pork shoulder, boneless and skinless
- 1 can (12 oz.) root beer
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- Place the pork shoulder in a deep baking dish or roasting pan.
- Pour the root beer over the pork, making sure it is evenly coated.
- Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil and place in the oven.
- Bake for 3½ to 4 hours, or until the pork is very tender and falls apart easily with a fork.
- Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Shred the pork using two forks and serve.
