Ingredients
- 2 cups grated Carrot
- 1 cup Chia Seeds
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the grated carrot, chia seeds, and baking soda together until well combined.
- Grease the slow cooker pot with a little oil or butter to prevent the cake from sticking.
- Transfer the carrot chia seed mixture into the slow cooker pot and spread it out evenly.
- Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until the cake is set in the middle.
- Once cooked, carefully remove the pot from the slow cooker and let the cake cool before slicing and serving.
