Slow Cooker Chinese Venison Stew

Ingredients
- 1 lb venison, cut into chunks
- 1 large radish, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions
- Season the venison chunks with salt and pepper.
- In a crockpot, combine the seasoned venison, diced radish, tomato paste, beef broth, soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, and Chinese five-spice powder.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the venison is tender.
- Once the stew is ready, taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
