Slow Cooker Garlic Greek Yogurt Chicken

Greek Yogurt, Lettuce, garlic, slow cooker
<em>In a slow cooker:</em>
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 head of lettuce, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken, ensuring it's evenly coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the cooked chicken using two forks.
- Serve the shredded chicken on a bed of chopped lettuce.
