Slow Cooker Garlic Greek Yogurt Chicken

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 head of lettuce, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  5. Shred the cooked chicken using two forks.
  6. Serve the shredded chicken on a bed of chopped lettuce.
