Slow Cooker Pulled Pork with Brussels Sprouts & Garlic

Ingredients
- 2 pounds pulled pork
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- In a large bowl, toss them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

- Place the pulled pork in the slow cooker.

- Pour in the chicken broth and stir to combine everything evenly.
- Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 6-8 hours, or until the pork is tender and the Brussels sprouts are cooked through.
- Once the cooking time is up, stir in the plain yogurt to add creaminess to the dish.
- Spoon the pulled pork and Brussels sprouts onto plates.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.
