Smoked Brisket and Potato Rice

Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked brisket
- 2 cups rice
- 4 potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Your choice of seasoning for the brisket (e.g., BBQ rub, steak seasoning)
Instructions
- Prepare the smoked brisket by seasoning it with your choice of seasoning and smoking it according to your preferred method until tender.
- While the brisket is smoking, wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into cubes.
