This hearty and flavorful dish combines tender smoked brisket with fluffy rice and savory potatoes for a satisfying meal.


  • 1 lb smoked brisket
  • 2 cups rice
  • 4 potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Your choice of seasoning for the brisket (e.g., BBQ rub, steak seasoning)


  1. Prepare the smoked brisket by seasoning it with your choice of seasoning and smoking it according to your preferred method until tender.
  2. While the brisket is smoking, wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into cubes.
  3. Rinse the rice and place it in the rice cooker. Add the appropriate amount of water according to the rice cooker instructions.
  4. Add the cubed potatoes to the rice cooker on top of the rice.
  5. Once the brisket is done, remove it from the smoker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it.
  6. Place the sliced brisket on top of the potatoes and rice in the rice cooker.
  7. Turn on the rice cooker and cook the brisket, potatoes, and rice together until the rice is fluffy and the potatoes are tender.
  8. Once cooked, season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
