Smoky Air Fryer Ribs with Spinach and Onions

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ribs
- 4 cups Spinach
- 2 Onions
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Smoked paprika
- Garlic powder
- BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Rub the ribs with olive oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- Place the ribs in the preheated air fryer and cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add the sliced onions and cook until they are caramelized.
- Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Plate the smoky air fryer ribs with the sautéed spinach and onions.
- Drizzle with your favorite BBQ sauce for an extra kick of flavor.
