Smoky BBQ Ribs Recipe

This recipe serves 4 people and is perfect for a summer barbecue.

Ingredients

  • 1 rack of pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create a dry rub.
  3. Rub the entire rack of ribs with the dry rub, making sure to coat it generously.
  4. Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Flip the ribs over and cook for an additional 20-25 minutes.
  6. Brush the BBQ sauce generously onto both sides of the ribs and continue cooking for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the sauce has caramelized and the meat is tender.
  7. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.
