Smoky BBQ Ribs Recipe

This recipe serves 4 people and is perfect for a summer barbecue.
Ingredients
- 1 rack of pork ribs
- 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create a dry rub.
- Rub the entire rack of ribs with the dry rub, making sure to coat it generously.
- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for 25-30 minutes.
- Flip the ribs over and cook for an additional 20-25 minutes.
- Brush the BBQ sauce generously onto both sides of the ribs and continue cooking for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the sauce has caramelized and the meat is tender.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.
