These smoky burnt ends are a delicious and indulgent treat, perfect for a special occasion or a BBQ gathering. The crispy exterior and tender, juicy interior of the burnt ends are sure to impress your guests.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs burnt ends
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Place the burnt ends in a large baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the sauce over the burnt ends and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 2 hours.
  6. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes, or until the burnt ends are caramelized and sticky.
