Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ribs
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season the ribs with black pepper and a pinch of salt.
  3. Place the ribs in a roasting pan and cover with foil. Cook in the preheated oven for 1.5 hours, or until tender.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into florets and steam until tender.
