Smoky Slow Cooker BBQ Cabbage Slaw

  • 1 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the thinly sliced cabbage and radishes in the slow cooker.
  3. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the cabbage and radishes, and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, until the cabbage is tender but still has a slight crunch.
  5. Once cooked, serve the smoky slow cooker BBQ cabbage slaw as a delicious side dish or as a topping for sandwiches and tacos.
