Smoky Slow Cooker BBQ Cabbage Slaw

Radish, Cabbage, mayonnaise, slow cooker
Ingredients
- 1 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the thinly sliced cabbage and radishes in the slow cooker.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the cabbage and radishes, and toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, until the cabbage is tender but still has a slight crunch.
- Once cooked, serve the smoky slow cooker BBQ cabbage slaw as a delicious side dish or as a topping for sandwiches and tacos.
