Sous Vide Turkey Breast with Okra and Tomato Paste

  • 4 turkey breast fillets
  • 1 cup okra, sliced
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • Sous vide machine


  1. Preheat the sous vide machine to 145°F (63°C).
  2. Season the turkey breast fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Place each seasoned turkey breast fillet in a separate sous vide bag.
  4. Add a few slices of okra into each bag on top of the turkey breast.
  5. Spoon tomato paste over the okra and turkey in each bag.
  6. Seal the bags using the water displacement method.
  7. Place the sealed bags in the preheated water bath and cook for 2 hours.
  8. Once the turkey is cooked, remove it from the bags and pat it dry with paper towels.
  9. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the turkey breast fillets for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  10. Serve the turkey breast with okra and tomato paste on a platter and enjoy!
