Spiced Cod with Nutty Pea Rice

Ingredients
- 4 pieces of cod fillet
- 2 cups of peas
- Handful of almonds
- Handful of walnuts
- 2 cups of basmati rice
- 4 cups of water
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garam masala
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions
- Start by heating a pan over medium heat and toasting the almonds and walnuts until they're beautifully golden. Then set them aside.
