Spiced Edamame and Cauliflower Delight

  • 1 pound edamame, shelled and halved
  • 1 head of cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the edamame and cauliflower with the olive oil, cumin, paprika, and chili powder until they are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
