Ingredients
- 1 pound edamame, shelled and halved
- 1 head of cauliflower, broken into florets
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the edamame and cauliflower with the olive oil, cumin, paprika, and chili powder until they are evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
