Spiced Quinoa with Tomato

Ingredients

- Spices (cumin, paprika, chili powder)
- Pressure cooker
Instructions
- Grab the pressure cooker and place it on the stove.
- Pour in the quinoa and add water in a 1:2 ratio. Bring it to a boil.
- While the quinoa is cooking, chop the tomatoes into small pieces.
- In a separate bowl, mix cumin, paprika, and chili powder.
- Once the quinoa is ready, add the chopped tomatoes and the spice mix. Stir well.
- Cover the pressure cooker and let it cook for a few more minutes until the tomatoes are soft and the flavors are absorbed.
