Spiced Tuna Steaks with Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients

  • 4 tuna steaks
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the tuna steaks with cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned tuna steaks on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the tuna is cooked to your liking.
  4. While the tuna is baking, steam the cauliflower florets until tender.
  5. Transfer the steamed cauliflower to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  6. Season the cauliflower mash with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the spiced tuna steaks with the cauliflower mash.
