A perfect blend of flavors and textures using fresh ingredients. Great for family cooking and enjoying a healthy meal together.


  • 1.5 lbs Turkey Breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 2-3 medium-sized Potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 can (14 oz) Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Water
  • Fresh Cilantro leaves for garnish


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the turkey, onion, potatoes, cumin, coriander, garam masala, cinnamon, turmeric, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Spread the mixture on a large baking sheet and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the turkey is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  5. While the turkey is roasting, combine the diced tomatoes and water in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  6. Add the tomato mixture to the turkey mixture and stir to combine.
  7. Transfer the curry to a serving dish and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
