Ingredients
- 4 pieces of cod fillet
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- Cooking spray or oil for the air fryer
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the cod fillets with salt, pepper, and a pinch of turmeric for color and flavor.
- Place the sweet potato and potato wedges in a large bowl and drizzle with a little oil. Season with salt, pepper, and a generous amount of garam masala for that authentic Indian flavor.
- Place the seasoned cod fillets in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded, and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- While the cod is cooking, spray or brush the air fryer basket with oil and place the seasoned sweet potato and potato wedges in the basket. Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and tender.
- Serve the spicy air-fried cod with the crispy sweet potato and potato wedges, and garnish with fresh coriander leaves and a squeeze of lime for a burst of freshness.
