Spicy Almond Chard Stir-Fry

This spicy and flavorful stir-fry combines the nuttiness of almonds with the earthy taste of chard, all brought together with a blend of aromatic spices.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 bunch chard, washed and chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the almonds until coarsely ground.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground almonds. Toast them for 3-4 minutes until fragrant and golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, heat a little oil and add the chopped chard. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly wilted.
- Sprinkle the cumin, paprika, and chili powder over the chard. Stir well to coat the chard evenly with the spices.
- Add the toasted almonds to the skillet and toss everything together. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
