  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the Frank's Red Hot sauce. Set aside.
  3. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shells down to the tail, then carefully crack the shell and loosen the meat from the shell, keeping the meat attached at the base.
  4. Brush the lobster tails with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Flip the lobster tails over and generously brush the spicy Frank's Red Hot sauce mixture over the meat.
  7. Continue grilling for another 4-5 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  8. Remove from the grill and garnish with chopped parsley.
  9. Serve the spicy buffalo lobster tails hot, with extra Frank's Red Hot sauce on the side for those who like it extra spicy.
