Spicy Chicken and Rice

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 1/4 cup of Frank's RedHot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Sear the chicken breasts for about 2 minutes on each side, until they develop a golden brown crust.
