Spicy Chicken and Rice

This recipe is perfect for those who love a bit of heat in their meal. The combination of tender chicken, fluffy rice, and the fiery kick of Frank’s Red Hot sauce will surely ignite your taste buds.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups of rice
- 1/2 cup of Frank's Red Hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown.
- Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and pour Frank's Red Hot sauce over it, ensuring each piece is coated evenly.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
- While the chicken is baking, cook the rice according to the package instructions.
- Once the rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork and divide it among four plates.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and place one piece on top of each plate of rice.
