This recipe is perfect for those who love some heat in their meals. The combination of tender chicken, fluffy rice, and the fiery flavor of Frank’s Red Hot sauce will surely satisfy your taste buds.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 1/2 cup of Frank's Red Hot sauce

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of oil. Sear the chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Transfer the seared chicken breasts to a baking dish and pour the Frank's Red Hot sauce over them. Make sure the chicken is fully coated in the sauce. Cover the baking dish with foil.
  4. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. While the chicken is baking, cook the rice according to the package instructions. Fluff the rice with a fork once it's cooked.
  6. Serve the spicy chicken over a bed of fluffy rice. Garnish with some fresh herbs, if desired.
