Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- 6 olives, sliced
- 1 red chili, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons oat flour
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 cup diced pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- Fresh herbs (such as parsley or cilantro), for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the oat flour with the sliced olives and chopped chili.
