Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 red chillies, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine chilli, garlic, vegetable oil, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, and red wine vinegar in a bowl.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the marinade. Stir until fully coated.
- Let chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool, and serve with your favorite side dish.
