Looking for a new twist on traditional chicken? This Spicy Chilli Chicken recipe is the perfect dish for dinner. The combination of juicy chicken, flavorful chilli, and a kick of spice will leave your taste buds begging for more.


  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 red chillies, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine chilli, garlic, vegetable oil, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, and red wine vinegar in a bowl.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the marinade. Stir until fully coated.
  4. Let chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  5. Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until fully cooked.
  6. Remove from the oven, let it cool, and serve with your favorite side dish.
