Spicy Indian-Style Ribs with Cabbage Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ribs
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- Cooking oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the stove to medium-high heat.
- Season the ribs with salt and pepper.
- In a large pan, heat some cooking oil and sear the ribs until they are browned on all sides.
- Lower the heat and add the soy sauce to the pan. Let the ribs simmer for about 1 hour, or until they are tender.
- While the ribs are cooking, thinly slice the cabbage.
- In a separate pan, heat some more oil and stir-fry the cabbage until it's tender but still has a bit of crunch.
- Season the cabbage with salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the ribs are done, serve them with the cabbage stir-fry on the side.
