  • 1 lb Tuna, cut into chunks
  • 1 Cucumber, diced
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Cooked rice or naan for serving


  1. In the instant pot, sauté the garlic for 1 minute.
  2. Add the tuna chunks and sear for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the curry powder, turmeric, cumin, and paprika, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the water and coconut milk, then add the diced cucumber.
  5. Secure the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
  6. Once done, carefully release the pressure and open the lid.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, then stir well.
  8. Serve the spicy Indian tuna curry over cooked rice or with naan.
  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
