Spicy Instant Pot Ribs with Collard Greens

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ribs
  • 1 bunch Collard greens
  • Spices: 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp chili powder
  • Instant Pot

Instructions

  1. Start by seasoning the ribs with cumin, paprika, and chili powder. Massage the spices into the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  2. Place the seasoned ribs in the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.
  3. Close the Instant Pot lid and set it to high pressure for 25 minutes.
  4. While the ribs are cooking, prepare the collard greens by washing and chopping them.
  5. Once the ribs are done, perform a quick pressure release and carefully remove them from the Instant Pot.
  6. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add the chopped collard greens. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the greens are tender.
  7. Serve the spicy Instant Pot ribs with the sautéed collard greens.
