Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ribs
- 1 bunch Collard greens
- Spices: 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions
- Start by seasoning the ribs with cumin, paprika, and chili powder. Massage the spices into the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned ribs in the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.
- Close the Instant Pot lid and set it to high pressure for 25 minutes.
