What Started it all:
Ribs, Corn, black pepper, pressure cooker

  • 2 lbs ribs
  • 4 ears of corn, husked and halved
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup water

  1. Prep the Ribs: Season the ribs with black pepper and place them in the pressure cooker.
  2. Pressure Cook: Add water to the pressure cooker, lock the lid, and set it to high pressure. Cook the ribs for 25 minutes.
  3. Add Corn: After the ribs are done, release the pressure, open the lid, and add the halved corn to the pressure cooker.
  4. Pressure Cook Again: Lock the lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes to infuse the corn with the flavorful juices from the ribs.
  5. Serve: Carefully remove the ribs and corn from the pressure cooker, and serve hot.
