Spicy Kimchi Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups of kimchi, chopped
- 3 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of gochujang sauce
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- sliced scallions, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, gochujang sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them, making sure each piece is coated evenly.
- Add the chopped kimchi to the baking dish, spreading it out around the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with sliced scallions and serve with rice or your favorite side dish.
