Spicy Korean Air-Fried Seitan with Asparagus

Ingredients

  • Seitan
  • Asparagus
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Prepare the seitan by slicing it into strips and marinate it with a mixture of apple cider vinegar and a dash of spicy Korean chili paste.
  3. Place the marinated seitan in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, until it's crispy and golden brown.
  4. While the seitan is cooking, toss the asparagus with balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt.
  5. Add the asparagus to the air fryer and cook for 5-7 minutes, until it's tender-crisp.
  6. Serve the spicy Korean air-fried seitan with the balsamic asparagus on the side.
