Spicy Korean Air-Fried Seitan with Asparagus

Seitan, Asparagus, vinegar (apple cider, balsamic), air fryer

Ingredients
- Seitan
- Asparagus
- Apple cider vinegar
- Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Prepare the seitan by slicing it into strips and marinate it with a mixture of apple cider vinegar and a dash of spicy Korean chili paste.
- Place the marinated seitan in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, until it's crispy and golden brown.
- While the seitan is cooking, toss the asparagus with balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt.
- Add the asparagus to the air fryer and cook for 5-7 minutes, until it's tender-crisp.
- Serve the spicy Korean air-fried seitan with the balsamic asparagus on the side.
