Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanuts
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
  • 12 oz Pasta
  • 2 tbsp Wok oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.

  3. Add the peanuts to the wok and toast them until golden brown and fragrant.
