Ingredients

  • 2 cups of seitan, sliced
  • 2 cups of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Cooking spray for the air fryer

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, toss the seitan and mushrooms with salt until well coated.
  3. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
