Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Peel and devein the shrimp. Dice the potatoes and chop the chard. Mince the garlic and ginger.
  2. Cook the Potatoes: Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the diced potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until crispy and golden brown, about 10-12 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the pan and set aside.
  3. Cook the Shrimp: In the same frying pan, add another 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
