These Spicy Steak Naan Wraps are a delicious and satisfying low-carb meal that's packed with flavor. The combination of spicy grilled steak, colorful peppers, and the warmth of naan bread is sure to please anyone who loves spicy food. And the best part is, no Brussel sprouts or kale in sight!

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of steak
  • 4 pieces of naan bread
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and rub the seasonings into the meat.
  3. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired level of doneness. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  4. While the steak is resting, brush the naan bread with olive oil and grill for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly charred.
  5. In a separate pan, sauté the sliced bell peppers and onions with a bit of olive oil until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
  6. Slice the grilled steak thinly against the grain.
  7. To assemble the wraps, place a few slices of steak on each piece of naan bread, top with the sautéed peppers and onions, and any optional toppings of your choice.
  8. Roll up the naan bread to form a wrap and serve immediately.
