Spicy Tempeh Lettuce Wraps

Tempeh, Lettuce, vegetable oil, blender

Ingredients
- 1 package of tempeh, crumbled
- 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup of water
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the crumbled tempeh to the pan and cook until golden brown and crispy.
- In a blender, combine the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil with water and blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture over the cooked tempeh and stir well to coat.
- Allow the tempeh to simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced and the tempeh is well coated.
- Carefully separate the lettuce leaves to create cups for the tempeh mixture.
- Spoon the spicy tempeh mixture into the lettuce cups.
