Spicy Tofu and Artichoke Dip

In a bold and confident manner, I grab the firm tofu and artichoke hearts, ready to infuse them with flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu
- 1 can of artichoke hearts
- 1 onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start by draining the tofu and pressing out any excess water. Then, crumble the tofu into the food processor.
- Add the drained artichoke hearts to the food processor with the crumbled tofu.
- Roughly chop the onion and add it to the food processor as well.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pulse the mixture in the food processor until it reaches a creamy and smooth consistency.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve it with your favorite chips or fresh vegetables.
