Steak and Potato Skillet Dinner

This hearty and satisfying recipe combines tender steak, flavorful potatoes, and rich gravy in a single skillet meal. Perfect for a cozy dinner for four.
Ingredients
- 4 steaks
- 4 potatoes, diced
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups beef gravy
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired level of doneness. Remove the steaks from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the diced potatoes and cook until golden and tender, about 10-12 minutes.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, return the steaks to the skillet.
- Pour the beef gravy over the steaks and potatoes.
- Allow the gravy to heat through for a few minutes.
- Serve the steak and potato skillet hot, with the gravy spooned over the top.
