  • 1 1/2 lbs of sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 yellow onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes


  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  3. Thread the steak cubes onto the wooden skewers, alternating with red bell pepper and yellow onion pieces.
  4. Brush the skewers with the marinade mixture, coating all sides.
  5. Season the skewers with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your liking, turning the skewers occasionally to cook evenly on all sides.
  7. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
