Steak skewers
Enjoy your delicious and flavorful steak skewers with your favorite side dishes and a refreshing beverage!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs of sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 yellow onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
- Thread the steak cubes onto the wooden skewers, alternating with red bell pepper and yellow onion pieces.
- Brush the skewers with the marinade mixture, coating all sides.
- Season the skewers with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your liking, turning the skewers occasionally to cook evenly on all sides.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
