  • 4 chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 200g noodles of your choice
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Start by cooking the noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Make sure you don't overcrowd the pan, or you'll end up with steamed chicken instead of nicely seared pieces.
  3. Push the chicken to one side of the pan and add the cooked rice to the other side. Stir-fry the rice for a couple of minutes until it's heated through and slightly crispy.
  4. Now, it's time to bring everything together. Add the cooked noodles to the pan, along with the soy sauce. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Adjust the seasoning if needed.
