Stir-Fried Chicken with Rice and Noodles

A delicious and satisfying stir-fry recipe that combines tender chicken, fluffy rice, and flavorful noodles. This recipe is perfect for a family dinner or a gathering of friends.

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 200g noodles (your choice of type)
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
  4. Add the chicken slices to the pan and cook until they are no longer pink in the center, about 5-6 minutes.
  5. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the sliced red bell pepper and julienned carrot to the pan. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  7. Add the cooked rice and noodles to the pan. Pour the soy sauce over the ingredients and stir well to combine.
  8. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.
  9. Remove from heat and serve the stir-fried chicken with rice and noodles hot.
