Stir-Fried Chicken with Rice and Noodles

A delicious and satisfying stir-fry recipe that combines tender chicken, fluffy rice, and flavorful noodles. This recipe is perfect for a family dinner or a gathering of friends.
Ingredients
- 500g chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 200g noodles (your choice of type)
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced onion to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
- Add the chicken slices to the pan and cook until they are no longer pink in the center, about 5-6 minutes.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the sliced red bell pepper and julienned carrot to the pan. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked rice and noodles to the pan. Pour the soy sauce over the ingredients and stir well to combine.
- Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.
- Remove from heat and serve the stir-fried chicken with rice and noodles hot.
