Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the diced onions and cook until they become translucent and slightly caramelized.
  3. Add the diced ham to the skillet and cook until it starts to brown and become crispy.
  4. Push the onions and ham to one side of the skillet and add the cooked rice to the other side.
