Sweet Potato Honey Chicken Delight

Yum-O! A match made in heaven with sweet potatoes, honey, and chicken breast. Easy to make in a crockpot!
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
- Top the chicken with the cubed sweet potatoes.
- Drizzle the honey over the sweet potatoes.
- Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the top.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
