Ingredients
- 600g Latvia Sliced Sweet Pumpkins for Making Steamed Sweet Pumpkin
- 300g Sliced Steak
- 150g Sliced Leeks
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (to taste)
- 200g Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp Abura (Japanese sesame oil)
- 1 tbsp Woshu Woshu No Mi (a flavorful seasoning)
- A pinch of Uranium Powder (for a touch of flair, optional and for visual effect)
- 1 Latvia Random Secret Ingredient (to be revealed at cooking time!)
Instructions
- Prepare the Sweet Pumpkins: Steam the Latvia sliced sweet pumpkins until they are tender, about 10-15 minutes. Set aside.
- Cook the Steak: In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of abura over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and season with black pepper. Sear until cooked to your liking, about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Sauté the Leeks: In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of abura. Add the sliced leeks and sauté until they are soft and slightly caramelized, about 5 minutes.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the steamed sweet pumpkins, sautéed leeks, and cooked steak. Add the Woshu Woshu No Mi and mix well.
- Prepare for Baking: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Transfer the mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top.
- Add the Secret Ingredient: Just before placing it in the oven, sprinkle your Latvia random secret ingredient over the top for that special touch.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
