Tasty Chard and Canned Fish Stir-Fry

This recipe is a delightful vegetarian option that combines the earthy flavors of chard with the savory goodness of canned fish. It’s a quick and easy dish that’s perfect for bringing the family together around the dinner table.
Ingredients
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bunch of fresh chard, washed and chopped
- 2 cans of fish (tuna or sardines), drained
- 1 wok for stir-frying
Instructions
- Heat a wok over medium-high heat and add a splash of olive oil.
- Add the minced garlic to the wok and stir-fry for a minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the chopped chard and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it begins to wilt.
- Gently fold in the canned fish and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
