Tofu and Avocado Tacos with Nut Salsa

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Prepare the tofu by pressing out excess moisture and cutting it into small cubes.
  3. In the heated skillet, cook the tofu until golden brown on all sides.
