  • 1 can of tuna (drained and flaked)
  • 1 bunch of bok choy, cleaned and chopped
  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of cooked white rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup of chopped scallions for garnish


  1. Cook the white rice according to the rice cooker's instructions.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chopped bok choy and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
